*CANCELLATION | LATE POLICY
The Woodbridge will require 24 notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. If a cancellation or change is made less than 24 hours before the service, a charge of 50% of the service(s) booked will be made. If a second cancellation or change is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a charge of 100% will be made. Clients arriving more 15 minutes into the scheduled appointment time may not be taken, and subject to a 25% service charge.
